There are a few names in the music world that evoke such loyalty and love, such heartfelt devotion and simple good feelings. But Dion’s life has often been difficult and painful.  Snorting heroin at 14 on Bronx corners, Dion and the Belmonts had their first hit when he was 21 -” I Wonder Why.” By 27 hed done everything that he had dreamed of. As quickly as it began – it fell apart. A heroin addict and an alcoholic, Dion dropped out of sight and began to ask the hard questions that come to anyone who has had it all and lost it all.  This is his story.
