A hardcover edition with maroon boards, gilt lettering and unclipped dust cover. There is a paper bookplate on the inside front page. There is foxing and toning throughout but the text and black-and-white sketches are clear and legible. The dust jacket has heavy wear and small tears along the edges. The bottom of the spine has been eaten by insects. Poor condition but intact. See photo.
Now in a clear plastic cover to protect from further damage.
