The Other Side of Nowhere by Tarella Quin

$35.00

If you ever see a hollow log with a green bracken frond bending over the opening, and a bed of wild spring violets creeping up into the decayed bark, you may be pretty well sure there’ll be a Brownie hiding inside.

You won’t find an Impshi until the wild, weird, beautiful autumn days are closing in. Watch for a madcap whirl of dead leaves on a hillside and a bending and swaying of the red-gold bracken. It could be the Impshis playing there.

But, if you’ve never encountered any of these, or other fairy folk, then come with Tarella Quin and Ida Rentoul Outhwaite back to the days when the little people could be more clearly seen and captured in story and illustration.
