A hardcover edition with illustrated boards and a green spine. There is rubbing, tearing and water damage to the cover and a pen inscription on the inside front page. There is foxing and toning throughout but the text, diagrams and music sheets are clear and legible. There is tape on the front and back of the book and some of the pages are detached from the spine. Scarce copy.
