The story of the One-Two-Two Brothel in Paris from 1924-1946. Written by the wife of the owner and made into a film (One, Two, Two) in 1979. Translated by Derek Coltman, the book explores the history of a palace filled with sinful secrets.

A hard cover edition with burgundy boards, gilt lettering and illustrated, unclipped dust cover. There is foxing and toning throughout but the text and black and white illustrations are clear and legible. There is a previous owners blue ink inscription on the inside front page and a previous sellers blue stamp on the inside front cover. The binding is loose on pages 108-109 but otherwise intact. Now in a clear, removable cover to protect from damage.
