A hard cover edition with cloth, sky blue boards, silver lettering and unclipped, illustrated dust cover. signed by Albert E. Kahn on the front inside page in blue ink. There is foxing and toning throughout but the text and black and white photographs are clear and legible. There is rubbing to the edges of the dust jacket and book. The dust cover has tearing to the top front and back edges. Now in a clear, removable cover to protect from damage.
