Later printing, near fine oversized cloth hardcover in near fine dust jacket with both showing just the mildest bit of trace wear that includes a small amount of foxing at page edges. 260 pages illustrated in black & white. Still a nice copy of this work that “.contains the substance of a legend, revealing that dream time at the end of our last century and the beginning of this when the Arts and Crafts Movement had evolved into country house architecture and then found its most delightful expression in the making of gardens.” Near fine a good Dust Jacket.
