In 1957 in Majorca the young painter John Olsen began a journal, which he has continued ever since, a fluid combination of words and drawings recording the events of an extraordinarily rich life. This book is based on these journals and reproduces many of the drawings from them.

A hard cover edition with dark grey boards, gilt lettering and illustrated, unclipped dust jacket. The dust jacket is faded along the top and spine. Signed by the Author/Artist on the title page in sepia ink. There is some foxing and toning throughout but the text and illustrations are clear and legible.
Now in a clear, removable cover to protect from damage.
