A 1964 hardcover edition with unclipped dust jacket, green cloth cover and red lettering. The edges are rubbed and there is some staining also. The dust-cover is stained and toned with some foxing with an inscription on the inside flap and on the front endpaper of the book. The text and fold out diagram are clear and legible.
