A hardcover edition with burnt orange, mottled linen boards, gilt lettering and an unclipped, illustrated dust cover. There is foxing and toning throughout but the text and black-and-white photographs are clear and legible. The dust jacket has rubbing along the edges and the front panel has two tears to the top left and right-hand corners,. Now in a clear, removable cover to protect from damage.
