‘Where to?’ the White Rabbit asked suspiciously.
‘To Australia!’ said Alice triumphantly. ‘It comes out in a very special sort of Wonderland at the top of Australia called Rainforest Land.’
And so begins the exciting new adventures of Alice, the White Rabbit and the Cheshire Cat in an ancient and beautiful forest where all things live in delicate harmony under The Guardian.
Here, in this lush land of ferns and towering trees and occasional dangers, they join the butterflies and make friends with the curious animals that live there. It is also a fantasy world where echidnas dream of being poets and dragons dream of being fearsome.
Alice and the White Rabbit learn that the harmony of this wondrous place could change too easily, just like the rubs turn into butterflies.
‘There are those who would chop down trees,’ the younger trees tell Alice.
But while The Guardian tree stands, the Lyrebird can lead all the other birds in their great song of celebration and the dreams of the living forest.
