Description
A whimsical often bittersweet, prequel to Peter Pan and Wendy, detailing how seven day old Peter escapes his London home to live among birds and fairies. Peter becomes a “Betwixt-and-Between,” trapped in the park, learning to fly, navigating the Serpentine in a thrush’s nest, and playing panpipes for the fairy queen.
Peter escapes his house, thinking he is a bird, but realises he is a “Betwixt-and-Between” (half-bird, half-human) who cannot fly home.
He makes friends with fairies, performing music at their balls
