A hardcover 2nd Edition with navy blue boards, gilt lettering and unclipped illustrated dust cover. Signed on the title page by Bryan Hawkins Dutton,  who served as the last Commander of British Forces in Hong Kong, from 1994 to 1997. There are two small chips on the front board and some rubbing, tearing, creasing and staining to the dust jacket. There is some foxing and toning but the text, black and white and colour plates are clear and legible.

Now in a protective plastic cover to prevent damage.
