A  hardback edition with black cloth cover and cream lettering and diagram on the front and backboards. The dust jacket is unclipped with some wear to the edges. There is a pen inscription on the top right-hand corner of the front inside page.

There is some foxing and toning but the text and black and white plates are clear and legible.
