A hard cover 1992 edition, inscribed by the Author on the title page. This is the first UK edition with an unclipped dust jacket in protective mylar cover. The navy blue cloth cover has gilt lettering and there is wear and tear to the spine of the book. The edges of the book boards are rubbed.  Edges of pages are lightly toned with 2 small stains to the right edge of the book.
