When Miss Marple ‘s visiting friend sees a woman being strangled on a passing train, they report it tp the Police. Inspector Slack sees Miss Marple as a bit of a busybody and drops the investigation, however with the discovery of the body the Police renew their investigation with Miss Marple left to solve the mystery.
